Cathedral Gorge State Park is known for its carved, dramatic cliffs and canyons, remnants of a Pliocene-era lakebed. More than 50,000 visitors each year enjoy hiking trails for exploring the cave-like formations and cathedral-like spires. Miller Point, a scenic overlook, offers excellent views of the scenic canyon.
